Science of Team science is the "WHY" Seminar. Its objective is to present to the participants the most relevant elements of anthropological, psychological and neurological research concerning teamwork, providing the elements to understand the “Why” of the most important group dynamics. The main behavioral and interaction patterns of the teams are discussed with the participants, from a neuroscientific and organizational psychology point of view, taking care to relate research and real experience.
Designing a Team
Designing a Team is the “WHAT” Seminar. It is the time for participants to learn and work on the critical elements of creating and developing a new team. Taking the role of the Team Leader, they are led through the key phases of team planning, training and practice. By analyzing the various phases of the life of a work group, the role of the Team leader is given great importance, deepening the modern interpretation of “leader coach”.
Becoming a Team
Becoming a Team Today is the “HOW” Seminar. Some of the most important and recent challenges to which teams all over the world have been subjected to are addressed, with a modern and innovative approach. The main focus is communication as a tool that helps define reality and understand it, as an element of motivation and relationship. Numerous practical elements are also provided for implementing organizational frameworks, including extensive mentions of the Agile methodology.
Team and Emotional Intelligence
Team and Emotional Intelligence is the “EMOTIONS” seminar. In this module, the dynamics that are more personal and related to the emotional aspects of the team members and the collective intelligence of the team are explored. Some effective approaches are presented for understanding and managing important interpersonal aspects at all stages of team evolution and for enhancing collaboration between team members and between them and the leader.
Team Coaching and Vision
Team Coaching and Vision is the “ACTION” Seminar. Starting from the central elements of Coaching and Team Coaching, participants are guided on a path aimed at moving the team towards their ideal situation. The creation of a shared vision and a set of common values will be the prerequisites for the group to develop its own action plan to achieve its mission or the desired transformation.
